During the week, I am split between 3 different venues. Each venue is open to both members of the gym and also to non-members, however, the Reebok Club charges an additional 5% fee for non members bookings.

How do I book?:

In order to make a booking you need to either call the respective club where you wish your booking to be directly or visit the club in person and book directly through reception (Main reception at Covent Garden Cannons, ‘The Retreat’ reception at Cannons City and ‘The Spa’ reception at The Reebok Club).

You may be asked whether you are a member or non-member at the club and also for your membership number also, so please have that to hand if you call up. Bookings are accepted at all venues by both members and non-members although at the Reebok Club an additional 5% is charged to non-members bookings.

You may also be asked to provide credit card information to make the booking only. This will not be charged for the appointment but will be held on record for purposes of possible cancellation fees and/or ‘no-shows’ for appointments made.

When you make a booking please double check with the receptionist the date of the proposed appointment, the time and the duration (30,60,90,120 minutes etc) as errors made may result in disappointment. Of course also make sure that you have called the correct club also as occassionally I get clients turning up at the wrong gym (mainly between the Cannons City and Covent Garden Clubs only).
