L.S.S.M. Dip. (Hons)
SPS/YMCA Sports Massage Diploma
Registered with Embody (Guild of Professional Practitioners)

I was born in June 1970 and have been a qualified Sports Massage Therapist since 1991. I qualified with the London School of Sports Massage (L.S.S.M.) and passed the diploma with Honours. More recently I passed the YMCA/SPS Diploma course in Sports Massage. I am also registered with Embody Guild of Professional Practitioners (GPP) for insurance purposes.

In over 15 years of working as a Sports Massage Therapist, I have treated around twenty thousand clients, ranging from professional triathletes, footballers and squash and rugby players, through to non-exercising, stressed corporate high-flyers, working 80-100 hours per week!

Each client has had a different need, whether it be for working out muscular tension to reduce stress or increasing the flexibility and circulation of an area to improve sporting performance and/or reduce the risk of sustaining an over-use injury.

Working alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists and nutritionists, I have a close-knit alliance with these other health professionals for the purposes of referral.

I currently work within Cannons Health Clubs, operating from their City (EC4) and Covent Garden (WC2) clubs 4 days a week and at the Reebok Club in Canary Wharf 2-3 days a week.

Please go to the ‘Where do I work from?’ page for more information about each venue and for maps of where the clubs are located.
